His commitment to social justice has been a lifelong pursuit, reflected in his deep involvement with the True Colors Conference as an attendee, volunteer, workshop presenter, and even as an MC for Queer Prom. With 24 years of experience in customer service, John excels at building connections, fostering inclusive spaces, and streamlining operations. His background extends into labor relations, where he played a key role in collective bargaining efforts to unionize medical marijuana dispensaries in Connecticut. Now, he brings his expertise in communication and organization to the Health Collective, supporting both the team and the communities it serves.
