Kay currently serves as the Director of Community Engagement at the Health Collective. They hold a Master's in Business Administration with a concentration in Public Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. Kay serves on several non-profit boards and remains active in the community. Their motto is "Knowledge and access is power, and when we create bridges, assemble tables and chairs, we create a more just community."
