Tony Ciccone (he/him/his) is a proud LGBTQ+ ally, and parent of a nonbinary child. He is the Director of Consulting and Training for Leadership Greater Hartford (LGH), a leadership development and community-building nonprofit organization servicing the Greater Hartford region. Tony joined LGH following a rewarding 30-year career at AAA, retiring as the organization’s Senior Vice President of Automotive Solutions.

Tony knows we are at an inflection point in our country, where LGBTQ+ folks face unprecedented risks. Now is the time for allies to utilize their privilege and actively support and uplift marginalized communities. Tony plans to enhance his allyship by serving on the Board of the Health Collective; he hopes to help the organization achieve its goals to build a more equitable, inclusive, caring, and just community where healthcare rights are human rights.
