Individual / Small Group
Use this link for all individual
or
small group registrations.
It will require that you input every name and a separate email address for each participant, as well as a credit card for payment.
School Group Registration
Use this link if you want to register your school as a group. This link will ask you to input all adult emails individually, but students can be input as a group. Input the total number but not the names or emails.
Please note:
- There are a minimum of 5 participants in your group
- There is at least one adult for each 10 students participating
- You will have the option of using a credit card to provide payment or to provide a purchase order number and receive an invoice.
- The disadvantage of inputting students as a group is that they will not have access to the on-line conference app. Access to the app is connected to the email address of the participant. A shorter guide will be available on-line and at the event.
- If you have students who require accommodations please email us at
sogiecon@healthcollective.org with your name, email address, school name and needed accommodations.
Volunteer
- Use this link if you would like to be a conference volunteer.
- Volunteers are needed the week before the conference, the day before the conference and during the two days of the conference.
- Every 3 hour shift results in one free day of registration.
Vendor
Use this link if you would like to
secure a table in the SOGIEcon resource room – one of the most heavily trafficked spaces in the event.
